Each bet covers a different set of numbers. Each bet has a different distribution. Straight Up  In Straight Up you can bet on any number, including 0. You have to place a chip on the center of a number. The maximum bet for Straight Up is indicated on the Roulette table (see the Max sign). Split Bet In Split Bet you can bet on two numbers. You have to place a chip on the line that divides the two numbers. Street Bet In Street Bet you bet on a row of three numbers. A row of three numbers is called a street. The maximum bet Street Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by three. Corner Bet In Corner Bet you can bet on four numbers. Place chips at the corner where the four numbers meet. Four Bet  Four Bet allows you to bet on the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3. You have to place your chip on the boundary line, where the line between 0 and the first row intersects it. Line Bet In Line Bet you can bet on two street bets. Line Bet allows you to bet on six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. Column Bet There are three boxes labelled "2 to 1" at the bottom of each column of numbers. You can place bets for all numbers in a column. You have to place chip(s) in one of the boxes. If any of the numbers in the selected column is hit you get paid 2:1. If 0 is hit you lose your money. If one of your 12 numbers is hit, you are paid 2:1. If 0 is hit 0 you lose. The maximum bet for Dozen Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by ten. Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets You place bets on red or black, even or odd, low or high numbers. You can place a bet in one of the boxes along the long side of the table that covers half of the numbers on the roulette table (excluding 0). Each box covers 18 numbers. You win even money (1 to 1) on all of these bets. 0 and 00 are losing numbers. The maximum bet for Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by 20. The chips are placed as follows: one split bet on each of the numbers 4/7, 12/15, 18/21, 19/22, 32/35, two chips on the triplet ("street bet") 0-2-3 and two chips on 25-29 ("corner bet"). This is called the Tier arc on the Roulette board. One chip goes on each of the following splits: 5/8, 10/11, 13/16, 23/24, 27/30, 33/36. The true profit on this bet is: 17 + 1 - 6 = 12 chips. So the payout is 12:6 or 2:1. You give five chips to the dealer, which are placed as follows: one straight on the number 1 and one split bet on every one of the numbers 6/9, 14/17, 17/ 20, 31/34. This bet is played with five chips. For example, "8 and the neighbors" means that the player places a bet on five consecutive numbers 11-30-8-23-10 (8 is in the middle). Finals – You bet on all of the numbers that have the same last number. For example, "final 5" means a bet on the numbers 5, 15, 25, 35. Roulette Bets: Column Bet Column Bet is a bet on twelve numbers. You have to place your chips on one of the outside boxes marked 2 to 1 and located at the end of the three columns of numbers. If any of the twelve numbers hit, you win. There are three different ways to make a Column bet. The Column bet pays 2 to 1. Roulette Bets: Corner Bet You can place your bet on four numbers in Corner Bet. If any of the four numbers you have bet on hit, you win. There are 22 different Corner bets you can make. Roulette Bets: Five-Number Line Bet You bet on five numbers in Five-Number Line Bet. You win if any of the five numbers hit. There is only one Five-number bet you can make. Roulette Bets: Red or Black A bet on eighteen numbers. This box represents all red or black numbers on the table. If you hit any of the numbers of that color, you win.
