Roulette Rules. There are 2 types of roulette, American and French (a. a. American and European have a wheel that is divided into numerous ssections. There is no 00 in European Roulette. Each player is given chips of different color. Chips of different color allow the dealer to differentiate bets and match them to the right players. The chips are worthless at the other tables in the same casino. Roulette does not move at a quick pace. When you are at the point that you want to place your bet, do not be concerned about someone else having already taken your bet. Chips can share bets because they are of differenr color. Roulette rules give you plenty of time to set your bet. Once the ball has found its slot, the dealer will call out the winning number and place a marker on that number's spot on the layout. European Roulette Rules There are many different ways to place roulette bets in European Roulette. The payouts for all bets are listed in the "Winnings Table" below. Straight Up  In Straight Up you can bet on any number, including 0. You have to place a chip on the center of a number. The maximum bet for Straight Up is indicated on the Roulette table (see the Max sign). Split Bet In Split Bet you can bet on two numbers. You have to place a chip on the line that divides the two numbers. The maximum bet for Split Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by two. Street Bet In Street Bet you bet on a row of three numbers. A row of three numbers is called a street. Place a chip on the boundary line of the roulette table, at the end of the corresponding row. The maximum bet Street Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by three. Corner Bet In Corner Bet you can bet on four numbers. Place chips at the corner where the four numbers meet. The maximum bet for Corner Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by four. Four Bet  Four Bet allows you to bet on the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3. You have to place your chip on the boundary line, where the line between 0 and the first row intersects it. The maximum bet for Four Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by four. Line Bet allows you to bet on six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. You place your chip on the boundary line of the roulette table where the line dividing the two rows intersects it. The maximum bet for Line Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by six. Column Bet There are three boxes labelled "2 to 1" at the bottom of each column of numbers. You can place bets for all numbers in a column. If any of the numbers in the selected column is hit you get paid 2:1. The maximum bet for Column Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by ten. Dozen Bet Dozen Bet allows you to bet on a group of twelve numbers. Place your chip in one of the three boxes marked "1st 12", "2nd 12", or "3rd 12". If 0 is hit 0 you lose. Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets You place bets on red or black, even or odd, low or high numbers. You can place a bet in one of the boxes along the long side of the table that covers half of the numbers on the roulette table (excluding 0). 0 and 00 are losing numbers. The maximum bet for Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by 20. All your bets added together (your total bet), must equal at least the minimum value indicated on the table (see the Min sign). For example, using the zero, you can place bets on: 1+0, 1+2+0, 2+0, 3+0, or 1+2+3+0. Announces or Call Bets: You can place Announces or Call Bets. You select a chip and then click on the corresponding button. You bet on all the numbers on almost a half of the Roulette wheel, including the zero. All you need is nine chips of your selected value. The chips are placed as follows: one split bet on each of the numbers 4/7, 12/15, 18/21, 19/22, 32/35, two chips on the triplet ("street bet") 0-2-3 and two chips on 25-29 ("corner bet"). Orphans – You bet on numbers 17, 34, 6, 1, 20, 14, 31, 9. This is called the Orphans arc on the Roulette board. This bet is played with five chips. For example, "8 and the neighbors" means that the player places a bet on five consecutive numbers 11-30-8-23-10 (8 is in the middle). The true payout is 35 + 1 - 5 = 31 chips. Finals – You bet on all of the numbers that have the same last number. For example, "final 5" means a bet on the numbers 5, 15, 25, 35. You need four chips, one straight bet on each number. So your profit will be 35 + 1 - 5 chips = 31 chips European Roulette Rules
