Each bet covers a different set of numbers. The payouts for all bets are listed in the "Winnings Table" below. You have to place a chip on the center of a number. The maximum bet for Straight Up is indicated on the Roulette table (see the Max sign). You have to place a chip on the line that divides the two numbers. The maximum bet for Split Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by two. Street Bet In Street Bet you bet on a row of three numbers. A row of three numbers is called a street. Corner Bet In Corner Bet you can bet on four numbers. Place chips at the corner where the four numbers meet. The maximum bet for Corner Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by four. You have to place your chip on the boundary line, where the line between 0 and the first row intersects it. Line Bet In Line Bet you can bet on two street bets. Line Bet allows you to bet on six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. You place your chip on the boundary line of the roulette table where the line dividing the two rows intersects it. You can place bets for all numbers in a column. You have to place chip(s) in one of the boxes. If 0 is hit you lose your money. The maximum bet for Column Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by ten. Dozen Bet Dozen Bet allows you to bet on a group of twelve numbers. Place your chip in one of the three boxes marked "1st 12", "2nd 12", or "3rd 12". If one of your 12 numbers is hit, you are paid 2:1. If 0 is hit 0 you lose. The maximum bet for Dozen Bet is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by ten. Each box covers 18 numbers. You win even money (1 to 1) on all of these bets. 0 and 00 are losing numbers. So the payout is 12:6 or 2:1. Orphans – You bet on numbers 17, 34, 6, 1, 20, 14, 31, 9. This is called the Orphans arc on the Roulette board. You give five chips to the dealer, which are placed as follows: one straight on the number 1 and one split bet on every one of the numbers 6/9, 14/17, 17/ 20, 31/34. The true payout is 35 + 1 - 5 = 31 chips. Finals – You bet on all of the numbers that have the same last number. You need four chips, one straight bet on each number. Roulette Bets: Column Bet Column Bet is a bet on twelve numbers. You have to place your chips on one of the outside boxes marked 2 to 1 and located at the end of the three columns of numbers. The box represents all twelve numbers to the left. There are three different ways to make a Column bet. You have to place your chips on the line at the junction of four numbers. If any of the four numbers you have bet on hit, you win. There are 22 different Corner bets you can make. The Corner bet pays 8 to 1. You have to place your chips on the bottom of the line that separates the 0 and 1. You win if any of the five numbers hit. There is only one Five-number bet you can make. You have to place your chips on the outside box marked with Red or Black symbol. This box represents all red or black numbers on the table. If you hit any of the numbers of that color, you win.
